The Suggestion Box program aims to give opportunity to members for participating in the continuous enhancement of our product and services.
OBJECTIVE
To enhance operational performance and bring continuous improvement.

To enhance member relations through communication
To promote greater involvement, participation and ownership.
LOCATION
Clubhouse downstairs hall – Fill out a comment card located in the downstairs hall and deposit in the suggestion box adjacent to the bulletin board.

All submissions will be automatically be forwarded to the General Manager.
MEMBER SUGGESTION PROCESS
A comment card/website form must be filled out by the member and submitted through the website or deposited in the suggestion box.
All cards/forms must contain the member’s name and contact info.
RESPONSE PROCESS
All suggestions will be reviewed by the General Manager every Monday or Tuesday.
Responses will be provided by the General Manager
Responses will be posted on the website and in the clubhouse within 7 days
All responses will be posted in the following manner:
Space permitting, all suggestions/comments will remain on bulletin board for the entire season
