Members of Bude and North Cornwall golf club can access the members hub, to access an array of features that enhance the membership experience. The members hub is based on the clubv1 technology that is also used for, and is linked to the HowDidiDo app. At some point in the future, the HowDidIdo app and Club v1 members hub app will be consolidated to a single app.
Simply log into the hub via a browser on your computer or using the dedicated app on your smart phone, where you'll be able to do the following:
• View competition results
• View the latest club news
• See the course status
• Access the Club's diary and latest events
• Manage your Club user profile
• Contact fellow members through the member directory
• View your account balance and transaction history
• View your golfing stats and handicap certificate
• View important member documents uploaded by the club
• Book tee times (coming soon)
• Enter competitions (coming soon)
• View and arrange your knockout matches (coming soon)
• View live leaderboards on competition days
You can access the members hub as follows:
1) Downloading the android or Apple IOS app from the appstore. Search for 'ClubV1 Members Hub' or click the relevant link below:

To use the APP, you must login using your existing HowDidiDo details, or you can register for an account if you haven't used HowDidiDo before
In order to verify that they are a registered member of the Golf Club, you will be prompted to verify the membership information. The email address they log in with must match what the club has on record for you. On 1st launch they will be asked to search for your club
You will also be sent an email to confirm the validity of their email address. Once activated, you will be able to login

More detail on the functionality of the club v1 members hub app can be found below, along with some videos. Please note, that the ability to book casual rounds and competitions will be enabled in early 2025 and the club will cease to use BRS. An email will be sent when this functionality is going to be introduce. In the mean time, please feel free to download the app and familiarise your self with it.
Registering for the ClubV1 Members Hub/App is straight forward.
First locate and download the ClubV1 Members Hub from the App Store or Google Play Store, click Passport Registration.
The email address MUST be the same as that registered with the Club. Once you have verified via the emailed link you will be registered and can link to the Club

View the latest notifications, click the bell symbol in the top right of the app
Selecting the menu button (three lines known as a hamburger menu) at the top of the ClubV1 Members Hub displays a range of options.
Some of these options are also visible on the Dashboard
One of the options under Menu is “Profile” – from here, members can add a picture and update their contact details

Members have complete control over whether they wish for their information to be visible to other Members.
This can be in the main menu by clicking the “hamburger” menu
COMING SOON: You can enter a compettion by clicking the "view competitions in progress' link on the main dashboard

Front and centre of the dashboard is Latest News, this is designed to enable Members to see the latest events and news at the Club.
The results of the most recent competition are also displayed on the dashboard.
Clicking “Show all competitions” will navigate to all competition results, which can be filtered by gender.

COMING SOON: Your next 10 bookings and next 5 bookable competitions are displayed on the dashboard. Clicking the dropdown arrow next to each allows you to see the reservation on the Tee Sheet

The Club “Buttons” enable easy access to important areas of the Hub as defined by the Club
The Documents button gives access to all “general” Club documents and Personal Documents (which cannot be seen by other Members)

Your Golf allows you to view your golfing statistics, download a Handicap Certificate and view the Handicap List for your Club

COMING SOON From the Menu Button, selecting Booking will take you to your Upcoming Bookings, Bookable Competitions and the Tee Sheet to make Casual Bookings
From the Menu Button, selecting Course Schedule will give you a day-by-day overview of the Tee Sheet for the current month
From the Menu Button, selecting Club Diary will display all Club events including Social Functions, Competitions and Team Matches
From the Menu Button, selecting Members will display the Members Directory. Each Member is in complete control of the visibility of their details.
From a smart phone, clicking any of the links within the Member Details window will enable you to call or email the Member
Through the Knockouts Section, Members can enter available Knockout Competitions, view the draw, contact their opponents and enter results
In Club Teams, you can see the fixture list and details for the Club Teams in your Club; you can also add your availability for selection which will notify the Team Manager. This functionality can be used for emails groups, such as tags and stags participants, or for managing a team entering a competition such as the Cornish Bowl. If you are managing a team and would like to use this functionality, please contact the office.
